$300 for currently enrolled Soulshine Arts families

Your rental includes:

• Private use of the studio

• 2 hours of event time

• 1 hour before your event for setup

• 1 hour after your event for cleanup

• Full kitchen

• Two bathrooms with changing tables

• Five 6-foot tables

• 25 chairs

Need additional time?

Additional rental hours are available for $100 per hour, based on availability.

Music Together® Birthday Party

Turn your child’s birthday into a joyful musical celebration!

Led by a registered Music Together teacher, this interactive 45-minute experience is filled with singing, dancing, instruments, movement, laughter, and plenty of opportunities for children and grown-ups to make music together.

Perfect for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary-aged children.

• Private studio rental

• 45-minute Music Together birthday celebration

• Singing and movement activities

• Instrument play

• Fingerplays and musical games

• Personalized Hello and Goodbye Songs featuring the children’s names

• 12 Music Together goodie bags

Additional goodie bags are available for $3 each.

Adult participation may be encouraged depending on the ages of the children attending.

Travel fees may apply depending on your location.

• Post-event cleaning: $100

• Carpet cleaning with permission for guests to wear street shoes: $100

• Additional rental hour: $100

About Our Studio

Our Woodbury studio offers a warm, welcoming environment for children and adults alike.

Features include:

• Spacious activity room

• Large carpeted gathering area

• Wood dance floor

• Full kitchen

• Two bathrooms with changing tables

• Tables and chairs included

• Free parking

Reservations

A completed rental agreement and a $200 deposit are required to reserve your date.

Your deposit includes:

• $100 non-refundable reservation fee (applied toward your total balance)

• $100 refundable cleaning/damage deposit, returned after your event if the studio is left clean and undamaged

Reservations are not guaranteed until both the signed agreement and deposit have been received.

Studio Policies

To help keep our classroom clean and comfortable for the many children and families who visit each week, street shoes are not permitted inside the studio.

Guests are welcome to wear socks, bare feet, or clean indoor shoes.

If you would prefer to allow street shoes during your event, the carpet cleaning add-on must be selected in advance.

Availability

Because our studio is home to weekly Soulshine Arts classes, party availability is limited.

Weekend rentals are generally available:

Saturdays beginning at 1:00 PM

Sundays beginning at 2:00 PM
