Event Rental Options

Soulshine Arts runs private music classes during our open hours, please make sure to schedule an appointment with Leslie or Michele if you would like to see the studio space.  Email us to schedule an appointment: [email protected]

No street shoes allowed in studio unless carpet cleaning option has been paid for at least 48 hours before the event.

With our Winter class schedule beginning January 2024 the studio is available: Saturdays at 1:00 pm and Sundays at 2:00 to begin setting up. 

The studio is approximately 36' x 36' , this measurement includes the 12' x 21' wood floor area and holds upto 100 people. 

 

Event/Party Dates will no longer be held without the contract being completed -  Deposit of $200 is required within 48 hours of receiving the contract - Dates will be released if we have not confirmed receipt of your deposit -  If you have questions please email us [email protected] 

2 hour rental- $300/ $250 for families who are currently enrolled in our Music Together® classes- 
as per our policy credits, gift certificates, referral credits cannot be used towards rentals and parties. 
Need additional hours- $100 per hour- max $550 for the day (over 4 hours) 

Rental Includes:

1 hour for set-up and 1 hour for clean-up

(5) 6 ft. tables and (15) chairs

Use of full kitchen

 

$200 deposit required to hold the date ($100 non refundable deposit will be used towards balance of the event and $100 cleaning/damage deposit will be returned after the event as long as studio is left clean)

 

Party Add-Ons- 

~ 45 minute Music Together® Class with (12) Goodie Bags Add-On: $200-   Click here for info on our Traveling Music Party, we come to you. 

Provided by a registered Music Together teacher of Soulshine Arts- parent participation maybe required depending on ages.  Party includes goodie bags for 12 guests (scarf and egg shaker) Additional bags can be added for $3/bag. 

 

~ 45 min Party Craft and Activities Add-On: $200 for up to 15 children- $10 per additional child - Michele can tailor a party to your child and guests! 

Includes a personalized painting canvas craft or another party themed craft/crafts for children to take home.  Michele will discuss details with you before completing the contract.  Party schedule and activities are based on children ages and may include- sensory areas, pop up tunnels, ball pit, activity stations, parachute, limbo, relay races, organized games, a second craft, etc...

 

~ Let us clean-up after the party: $100

We will take care of all the cleaning so you can go home and relax, cleaning deposit will be kept if excessive cleaning is necessary.  Tables and chairs should be put back in the closet. 

 

~ Party Coordinator Add-On: Let us run the party for you!  $350 for 1.5 hour party time.    Contact Michele for more info about party times, packages and options. (Cleaning up after party is not included- can add on for $100) ~ Decorations, paper goods for all children (Bright rainbow of colors)

* Assistance cutting and serving cake, serving snacks/drinks

* Digital Personalized Invitation that you can send to guests

* Craft activity- (crafts activity is based on ages of children, one to two based on craft)

* 45 min of Activities/Games: parachute, limbo, pop up ball pit, pop up tunnels, props and games- subject to change based on ages

* The only thing you need to bring is: Cake and candles, Beverages/Snacks or Pizza if desired. Serving bowls/trays needed for additional snack/food items

 

Goodie Bags: $3 per child

Bag Includes: 1 Egg Shakers and Colorful Dancing Scarf 

Traveling Music Together® Party Let us bring Music Together® Class to YOU!

$300 for currently enrolled families $350 for families not currently enrolled in class

12 Good Bags- egg shaker, dancing scarf and a QR code to download 8 free Music Together songs included in traveling parties

(There may be additional charges for travel and additional goodie bags are $3 per child)  

* 45 minute interactive musical experience for the children, parents and guests

* Hello and Goodbye song singing each child's name

* Large movement group experience

*Fingerplay or substitution songs depending on ages

* Jam session with "Happy Birthday" at the end

* Customized "lesson plan" according to your child's interests, ages of guests, your family's favorite Music Together songs

* Dance Party!
