No street shoes allowed in studio unless carpet cleaning option has been paid for at least 48 hours before the event.
With our class schedule the studio is available: Saturdays at 1:00 pm and Sundays at 2:00 to begin setting up.
The studio is approximately 36' x 36' , this measurement includes the 12' x 21' wood floor area and holds upto 100 people.
Event/Party Dates will no longer be held without the contract being completed - Deposit of $200 is required within 48 hours of receiving the contract - Dates will be released if we have not confirmed receipt of your deposit - If you have questions please email us [email protected]
* 1 hour for set-up and 1 hour for clean-up
* (5) 6 ft. tables and (15) chairs
* Use of full kitchen
* 2 bathrooms with changing tables
$200 deposit required to hold the date ($100 non refundable deposit will be used towards balance of the event and $100 cleaning/damage deposit will be returned after the event as long as studio is left clean)
Rental/Party Add On Options:
* Let us clean-up after the party: $100
* Allow guests to wear shoes- Carpet Cleaning: $100
* Additional rental house: $100/hr max of $500 total rental cost
Music Together® Party Package: $550/$500 Click here for info on our Traveling Music Party, we come to you.
* 45 minute Music Together Class- Provided by a registered Music Together teacher of Soulshine Arts- parent participation maybe required depending on ages.
* 12 MT Goodie Bags - additional bags $3 each
* 2 hour Studio rental
Craft/Activities/Games Party Package: $550/$500 for up to 18 children- $10 per additional child - Michele can tailor a party to your child and guests!
* 15 minute personalized painting canvas craft or themed craft/crafts for children to take home. Michele will discuss details with you before completing the contract.
* 45 minute of Activities/Games- Party schedule and activities are based on children ages and may include- sensory areas, pop up tunnels, ball pit, activity stations, parachute, limbo, relay races, organized games, a second craft, etc...
Soulshine Party Package: $725/$675 for up to 18 children- $10 per additional child - Michele can tailor a party to your child and guests!
* Decorations, paper goods for all children (Bright rainbow of colors)
* We set-up the party for you
* Craft activity- (crafts activity is based on ages of children, one to two based on craft)
* 45 min of Activities/Games: mini bounce house, parachute, limbo, pop up ball pit, pop up tunnels, props, games, etc.- subject to change based on ages
* The only thing you need to bring is: Cake and candles, Beverages/Snacks or Pizza if desired. Serving bowls/trays needed for additional snack/food items
* Assistance cutting and serving cake, serving snacks/drinks
* Digital Personalized Invitation that you can send to guests
* Package does not include clean up. You may add on cleaning option for $75 (save $25 when adding it on when booking party)
$350 for currently enrolled families $400 for families not currently enrolled in class
12 Good Bags- egg shaker, dancing scarf and a QR code to download 8 free Music Together songs included in traveling parties
(There may be additional charges for travel and additional goodie bags are $3 per child)
* 45 minute interactive musical experience for the children, parents and guests
* Hello and Goodbye song singing each child's name
* Large movement group experience
*Fingerplay or substitution songs depending on ages
* Jam session with "Happy Birthday" at the end
* Customized "lesson plan" according to your child's interests, ages of guests, your family's favorite Music Together songs
* Dance Party!
