Mothers in all stages of motherhood are invited to come FILL YOUR CUP in this class of gentle flow yoga. Join Michelle Wenis in this nurturing, rejuvinating and calming practice as we gather together to support one another in a loving space. In this class we will focus on being rather than achieving anything. Allow yourself to be present and be lifted by the women around you as you nurture your mind and body. This class is safe for expectant mothers and modifications will be provided - no previous yoga experience is necessary.
