Prenatal Yoga: Prenatal yoga provides in utero bonding between mommy and baby while relieving the body and mind of tension and stress. Feel the strength of your body as you connect with other mommies to be. Please bring a yoga mat, a large firm towel and water. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
SoulMama Yoga: Mothers of all ages and stages of motherhood are invited to come FILL YOUR CUP in this class of gentle flow yoga. In this nurturing, rejuvinating and calming practice as we gather together to support one another in a loving space. In this class we will focus on being rather than achieving anything. Allow yourself to be present and be lifted by the women around you as you nurture your mind and body.
5 Week Session of either class: $80
No previous yoga experience is necessary! Please bring a yoga mat though we have a few if you need to borrow one.
There will not be classes on 11/21 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
