Soulful Sprouts Yoga (ages 5-9)

Soulful Sprouts Yoga incorporates dance, music, and storytelling to put a fun spin on traditional yoga poses. Yoga poses help children increase mental and physical flexibility, strength, and resilience. Breathing techniques and guided imagery help children to regulate their bodies by increasing focus and the mind-body connection.
