Prenatal yoga provides in utero bonding between mommy and baby while relieving the body and mind of tension and stress. Feel the strength of your body as you connect with other mommies to be. Please bring a yoga mat, a large firm towel and water.
SoulMama Yoga (yoga for ALL moms)
Mothers in all stages of motherhood are invited to come FILL YOUR CUP in this class of gentle flow yoga. Join Michelle Wenis in this nurturing, rejuvinating and calming practice as we gather together to support one another in a loving space. In this class we will focus on being rather than achieving anything. Allow yourself to be present and be lifted by the women around you as you nurture your mind and body. This class is safe for expectant mothers and modifications will be provided - no previous yoga experience is necessary.
Kids Yoga Ages 5-8
Your 5, 6, 7, and 8 year olds are invited to come stretch, play and explore with friends in this calming, grounding, empowering and confidence building practice for kids only !
Beginner Adult Yoga/Gentle
Yoga newbies are invited to learn the basics of yoga practice in this gentle beginner's class. Practiced yogis will enjoy the ease and peace of this class as well.
Baby & Me Yoga Ages 0-1
Parents/caregivers are invited to bring their child under age 1 to enjoy this yoga class together. Relaxing, stretching and stimulating the relationship between child and caregiver.
